Due to a loss of pressure at the Briggsdale Water Company facility during last night’s storm, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has issued a boil water advisory for the community of Briggsdale, as of the morning of June 17.

The conditions for Service Connected Disabilities fall into two categories: Chronic or Presumptive.
Chronic Condition
Service connected disability claims are for injuries or illnesses that were caused by service or pre-existing conditions that were aggravated by service. This can be for physical and/or emotional trauma. There must be a chronic problem that exists today in order to file a claim for service connection.
Presumption Condition
A veteran can also file a claim for service connected disability under ‘presumption.’ This means that the VA presumes that specific disabilities diagnosed in certain veterans were caused by the circumstances of their military service.
