Pursuant to C.R.S. §39-8-104, notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, will convene as the County Board of Equalization, beginning on the 1st day of July, 2025, to review the assessment rolls of all taxable property located in the County, as prepared by the Assessor, and to hear appeals for determinations of the Assessor. Hearings for senior property tax exemptions will be held day to day from August 1, 2025, through September 1, 2025, and for valuation and classification of real and personal property, from September 1, 2025, through November 1, 2025, as necessary. Appeals will be heard at 1400 North 17th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80631, by appointed Hearing Officers, who will preside over the hearings and make recommendations regarding the value of property to the Commissioners as the Board of Equalization.
