Medical Plans*

Weld County offers employees the choice between two plans - a Standard PPO Plan and High Deductible Health Plan with an optional Health Savings Account (HSA). The second plan gives $1,000 annually for employee only coverage and $1,200 annually for employee plus one or more made by Weld County for yourself and covered dependents (pro-rated depending on benefit effective date). To make sure that you have all the information you need to make informed decisions for you and your family, the law requires Weld County Government to provide you with notice of certain legal rights that you may have and legal obligations that apply to the Weld County Government Welfare Benefit Plan.
