To update your mailing address, submit the electronic Change of Address form below or download the Change of Mailing Address(PDF, 123KB) if you need to mail or fax the form. The uses of the mailing address include (but are not limited to): Notices of Valuation, Notices of Determination, sending Business Declarations, and letters to taxpayers.
