Combine Parcel Request

Written request for property owners to combine multiple properties into one tax notice must meet certain guidelines before processing.

1. All properties must be in the same tax area.
   
   
2. Ownership of all properties must be the same.
   
   
3. All properties must be contiguous or touching.
   
   
4. Signature of property owner(s).
   
   

Combine requests are generally processed for the current tax year. However, any request received during the last quarter of the calendar year may be worked the following tax year.
