WITS Workout 
This is an evidence-based program developed by Illinois Extension for older adults that both challenges the mind and fosters social connections. The program is available in 8, 10, or 12-session formats.
A Matter of Balance
A Matter of Balance (MOB) is designed to help older adults reduce their fear of falling and increase their activity levels through eight two-hour classes. The program includes group discussions, exercise training, and home safety evaluations, focusing on strength, balance, and fall prevention. Participants also learn strategies for managing fear, making their homes safer, and developing positive, self-motivating approaches to exercise and personal well-being.

Chair Exercises
This four-module exercise program developed by the University of Georgia adapted from the National Institute of Aging, Tufts University, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. They are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Most of the exercises can be done while sitting in or holding onto a chair to help with balance.
Walk Indoors
When you can’t take a walk outdoors because it’s snowing or raining, this five-part exercise program can be your low-impact aerobic exercise for the day. After each 15-minute session, you will have walked a mile. Perfect for beginners and exercise enthusiasts alike! This program was developed by Rutgers University.
Nutrition for Older Adults
Learn how to make healthy food choices to prevent or control health issues and maintain your independence! Topics include nutrients that become of greater concern as we age and their food sources, why older adults are at an increased risk of dehydration and how to avoid it, and challenges older adults may face in achieving good nutrition and strategies to overcome these.
Emergency Preparation for Older Adults and People with Disabilities
Learn how to plan for an emergency, especially blackouts, floods, fire, and other disasters. Includes information on local resources for Weld County residents, what to do when you have pets, tips for older adults and people with disabilities, and food safety information on handling food and water.
Who Gets Grandma’s Yellow Pie Plate
This program, developed by the University of Minnesota, is a proven research-informed practical strategies to optimize inheritance planning and protect family relationships when passing on personal possessions.
