The Energy Resource Center (ERC) provides free efficiency improvements for income-qualified residents of Colorado. If you qualify for the income-qualified Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) or Supplemental Security Income, you automatically qualify for free assistance from the Energy Resource Center. Other automatic qualifiers include: SNAP, TANF.
The ERC assists with air sealing, insulation, HVAC updates, lighting, faucets, refrigerators for mobile homes, modular homes, site built homes (single family, townhomes/condos, apartments, homeowners, renters, and landlords).
