Free tax preparation by IRS-certified volunteers of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offered in Fort Collins and Loveland. Sites can prepare basic federal and Colorado state returns including:
The program is free of charge for income-qualified taxpayers (age 59 and younger with gross income up to $69,000) and senior taxpayers (60 and above with routine tax returns). Homebound and persons with disabilities may class for assistance.
