Meals on Wheels of Greeley and Weld County has a mission to make a difference in the lives of those unable to prepare/cook for themselves by providing hot nutritious meals delivered by caring volunteers. We deliver more than just a meal by providing a friendly visit and check-in with each delivery. Our program is designed to help restore or maintain help through nutrition and social contact in an effort to keep older adults living in their homes healthy and independently.
