City of Greeley Recreation: Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation (AIR)

Greeley Recreation's Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation (AIR) provides activities and services to individuals in the community who have varying levels of physical or intellectual abilities. We are dedicated to empowering all individuals to participate in recreational programming and activities while becoming part of the City of Greeley Recreation family. AIR program staff are lef by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) to coordinate programming.

Adaptive programs are specialized programs for individuals who may have disabilities and need adaptive support to partcipate in activities -- for example, sled hockey or adaptive swim lessons. AIR can help provide adaptive solutions for individuals. ADA assistance funds are available to to individuals of any age to participate in Greeley Recreation Programs.
