Vendor Information

The 24th Annual Weld County Goat Extravaganza will be held April 24-26, 2026, at Island Grove Park in Greeley. As an exhibitor (vendor booth) at the 2026 event, I’d like to invite you to consider exhibiting at our upcoming event. We had great success at our 23rd anniversary show which was attended by close to 500 people with more than 630 goats exhibited in the various shows and exhibitions offered. We expect another great show in 2026!

Booth space is limited so your reply by April 15th is needed to assure your spot for 2026. After that, no new vendor requests will be considered.

Booths available:

4-H Building Booths, (10’ x 10’) and are available for $85 each.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the Premier spaces in the livestock barn, our show has grown and we needed the space for goat pens.

Vendor Set Up and Tear Down

Vendors are able to come set up on Friday, April 24th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  Vendors MUST be in place by 3:00 p.m.

Tear down is at the end of the last show on Sunday, April 27th approximately 5:00 p.m.
