The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) contains information from the Weld County Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). The PAFR is designed to be accessible and easily understandable to the general public and other interested parties without a background in public finance. The PAFR represents the commitment of the county commissioners to keep citizens and informed about county finances, and accountable in all respects for the receipt and expenditure of public funds.
In addition to providing easy to understand financial information, the report also highlights accomplishments and major initiatives of the past year and demonstrates the vital role of county government.
