Certified Food Protection Manager Requirement
Effective March 1, 2025, the person in charge (PIC) at any time a retail food establishment is actively preparing and serving food shall be a certified food protection manager.
Only Conference for Food Protection ANSI certified Food Protection Manager courses meet the requirements of 2-102.20 of the Colorado Retail Food Establishments Rules and Regulations.
