Large Item Disposal Voucher

Help keep Weld County clean without the cost!  Dispose of your large items with ease, with a free pass to the North Weld, Buffalo Ridge, or Front Range Landfill, courtesy of Weld County.

The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment is offering a limited number of vouchers for one free trip to the North Weld Landfill in Ault, Buffalo Ridge Landfill in Keenesburg, or the Front Range Landfill in Erie. This is a great opportunity for residents to responsibly dispose of large items, such as mattresses, couches, tables, etc., at no cost.

Program Details:

  • Voucher Valid Dates: March 2, 2026 – October 31, 2026

  • Voucher Covers:  One truckload, level with the bed rails (up to one ton), or one trailer load (up to one ton).  Any additional weight or volume will incur fees, payable by the resident at the time of disposal.

  • Locations:
    • Front Range Landfill - 1830 Weld County Rd 5, Erie, CO 
    • North Weld Landfill - 40000 WCR 25, Ault, CO
    • Buffalo Ridge Landfill - 11655 WCR 59, Keenesburg, CO
