2026 Health Fairs

The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment invites you to take a step toward better health at FREE Health Fairs focused on preventing and reducing the impact of chronic diseases this spring.

 You can receive a variety of free health screenings, including blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes (A1c), oxygen/pulse, loneliness screening, and InBody (body composition). 

These simple screenings can help you know your numbers and take control of your health. Staff from the Weld County Health Department and partner organizations will be available to connect you with referrals, additional screenings, programs, services, and resources that support chronic disease prevention, treatment, and overall wellness.

Greeley Health Fair

Date & Time: Saturday, May 16th from 10:00 am – 2:00pm
Location: LINC Library Innovation Center, 501 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631
Screenings: blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes (A1c), oxygen/pulse, loneliness screening, facial sun damage screening, InBody (body composition), colorectal cancer screening kit, and blood lead testing for children.

Milliken Health Fair

Date & Time: Saturday, May 30th from 8:00am – 12:00pm
Location: Milliken Athletic Complex, 320 Centennial Drive, Milliken CO 80543
Screenings: blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes (A1c), oxygen/pulse, loneliness screening, facial sun damage screening, InBody (body composition), colorectal cancer screening kit, and blood lead testing for children.

Fort Lupton Health Fair

Date & Time: Saturday, June 27th from 8:00am – 12:00pm
