Search Institute (Keep Connected Family Engagement)

Healthy, strong family relationships are foundational to young people’s growth, learning, and well-being. These relationships build strong social and emotional strengths that kids use throughout their lives. Keep Connected offers all kinds of families — and organizations that support them — ideas, activities, and experiences to help build strong family relationships with the goal to strengthen family relationships to help kids be and become their best selves.

The Family Dinner Project

Family dinners are an opportunity for family members to connect with each other through food, fun, and conversation about things that matter. Great resource for recipes, making dinner time fun with meaningful conversations, and providing various ideas and tips for overcoming common challenges and bringing families closer.

Operation Parent

Equipping families to boldly face the issues challenging today’s youth. Empowering parents (and caregivers) to fully engage in ongoing conversations with their K-12 children about technology, substance use, and mental health issues for purposes of prevention.  Evidence-based parent handbooks and free monthly webinars are available.
