Weld County Public Health Clinic offers a comprehensive range of services designed to promote and protect the health of its community members. The clinic provides essential health services such as immunizations, family planning, prenatal care, and cancer screenings. Additionally, they offer health education and outreach programs to encourage healthy lifestyles and prevent illness. The clinic's dedicated staff works to ensure that all residents have access to high-quality health care, regardless of their ability to pay, fostering a healthier and more resilient community.

Effective December 1, 2024, we will be out of network with all insurance providers except Medicaid. However, we will still require a copy of your insurance card on file for lab services. Please note that any lab work performed during your visit will be billed directly to your insurance by Labcorp.
