Methods of contraception The Weld County Health Department's Title X Clinic provides individuals the information and means to exercise personal choice in determining the number and spacing of their children. The Family Planning Program services are confidential. Services are provided without regard to religion, race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, number of pregnancies, or marital status.

Services

The Family Planning program offers a broad range of effective birth control methods and services including:

  • Annual Physical exams for women and men
  • Birth control
  • Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC)
  • Natural family planning methods
  • Assist in achieving pregnancy
  • Preconception Health Services
  • Basic Infertility Services/ Referrals
  • Pap Test
  • Pregnancy tests

To schedule an appointment, call (970) 400-6420. Walk-ins are accepted every day at the Greeley Clinic, but appointments are encouraged.

Pricing and Payment

Fees are on a sliding fee scale based on income.

Effective December 1, 2024, we will be out of network with all insurance providers except Medicaid. However, we will still require a copy of your insurance card on file for lab services. Please note that any lab work performed during your visit will be billed directly to your insurance by Labcorp.
