WCPHE provides I-693 services for individuals who were admitted to the U.S. as refugees and are in the process of applying for their Green Card (permanent residence), as required by law. Vaccines also are administered as needed.
Visits are by appointment only and are only provided at the Greeley Clinic. Fees are prepaid at the time of service. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call (970) 400-6420.
