Community Health Fair and Screenings at Fort Lupton

You're invited to stop by the Weld County Public Health Mobile Unit as we Bring Care Closer!  Our mobile health unit brings essential health services directly to our communities!  No appointments needed for the free and low-cost services.  Services available at this event may include:

  • Screenings:
    • Blood Pressure, Oxygen, Pulse
    • Cholesterol screening
    • Diabetes screening (A1c)
    • Facial Sun Damage screening
    • InBody (BMI and body composition)
    • Colorectal cancer screening kit
    • Blood lead testing for children
    • Loneliness screening
  • The event will also include health-fair-style resource tables from community partners that attendees can visit!

Note:  Services are subject to availability and may vary due to weather or staffing.
