Northeast Health Partners / Health Department Resource Event

You're invited to stop by the Weld County Public Health Mobile Unit as we Bring Care Closer!  Our mobile health unit brings essential health services directly to our communities!  No appointments needed for the free and low-cost services.  Services available at this event will include:

  • Immunizations for Children and Adults
  • Blood Pressure Screenings / General Health Screening
  • Diabetes Screening
  • STI Screening
  • Immunization Record Searches

 

Kingdom Cuts will be offering FREE haircuts. DHS will be doing mobile Eligibility outreach, and the High Plains Library will be doing mobile outreach and discussing their up-and-coming workforce unit. 

Note:  Services are subject to availability and may vary due to weather or staffing.
