Preventative Services and Screenings at Aims Windsor - September

You're invited to stop by the Weld County Public Health Mobile Unit as we Bring Care Closer!  Our mobile health unit brings essential health services directly to our communities!  No appointments needed for the free and low-cost services.  Services available at this event may include:

    • STI Screening 
    • Immunizations 
    • Vaccine Record Searches
    • Health Screenings (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, BMI)
    • Diabetes / Prediabetes Screenings
    • Narcan Education and Distribution 

    Note:  Services are subject to availability and may vary due to weather or staffing.
