WCDPHE Community Health Screening--September 25

You're invited to stop by the Weld County Public Health Mobile Unit as we Bring Care Closer!  Our mobile health unit brings essential health services directly to our communities!  No appointments needed for the free and low-cost services.  Services available at this event will include:

  • Lipid Panel: Cholesterol/Triglycerides (Note: Patients need to fast for at least 8 hours for this test. Drinking water is recommended.)
  • Blood Sugar (A1C)
  • Blood Pressure, Oxygen, Pulse
  • Body Mass Index (BMI), Height/Weight
  • Referrals
  • Outreach

Note:  Services are subject to availability and may vary due to weather or staffing.
