The role of the Human Rights Committee (HRC), as understood by the Division for Developmental Disabilities (DDD), is to serve as an independent entity ensuring the protection of the rights of individuals receiving services. Functioning as an advisory and evaluative entity, the HRC provides oversight to the administration of the Case Management Agency (CMA).
