Unemployment Insurance Benefits

Important Information About Unemployment Benefits

Unemployment Insurance gives temporary money to people who lost their job through no fault of their own. This money helps replace part of their paycheck while they look for a new job. The program is paid for by employers, not workers.

To start a new claim, check on an existing claim, or learn more, visit the  CDLE Unemployment website or call:
English: (800) 388-5515
Español: (866) 422-0402

The Weld County Workforce Center is not the Unemployment Insurance office. The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) runs the Unemployment Insurance program.
