How to Register for Pretrial Services

If the Court has ordered pretrial supervision as a condition of your bond or summons, you must report in person to our office upon your release from jail or as otherwise directed by the Court, to complete an intake.

  • If you are released after business hours or on a weekend, you must report on the next business day.
  • During your visit, a Pretrial Specialist will meet with you to review the terms and conditions of your bond or summons and complete a Supervision Agreement with you.

Failure to report as instructed may result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.

What to bring:

Bond or Summons Paperwork and Picture ID

New intakes must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to office closure at 5:00 pm. If late, you may be asked to return the following business day.
