Ordinance 2025-11 - Miscellaneous revisions to Chapter 23, Zoning
Weld County is considering an ordinance with various changes to Chapter 23, Zoning, of the Weld County Code. County zoning only applies outside of cities and towns. The ordinance mainly deals with commercial vehicles, trucking companies, and home businesses, but also contains other miscellaneous revisions to Chapter 23. Please see the Staff Report(PDF, 119KB) presented at the Board of County Commissioner Hearing on September 15, 2025, and the Staff Report(PDF, 99KB) for the October 6, 2025, hearing. The Ordinance will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners on October 6, 2025, November 3, 2025 and November 17, 2025, at its regular 9:00 a.m. meetings (subject to change).
