EPA

Under the National Contingency Plan, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) emergency response team deploys to oil spills that threaten or impact Waters of the United States. EPA is working closely with the State of Colorado, Weld County, and Chevron to minimize the impacts to Willow Creek, the Greeley #2 Canal and Lone Tree Creek.
