The Weld County Department of Public Works and Kraemer North America (NA) are constructing one segment of High Plains Boulevard, a long-planned arterial road running east of Interstate 25.
The one-mile segment will extend WCR 9.5 from WCR 32 to WCR 34 and will feature:
