The Weld County Department of Public Works is delivering these projects with Benesch serving on behalf of the county to manage design and construction services. A contractor for the project will be selected later this year.
The department has won awards for excellence on many projects, such as Weld County Road 49. Most recently, the 35th Avenue and O Street roundabout, completed in 2022, was named the top county road project by the Colorado/Wyoming Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association.
