Good Government Plan

A person holding government icons in their hand.

Weld County is working on a Good Government plan and analyzing ways we can improve how we provide information and services to Weld County residents. We are also interested in hearing how county residents wish to engage with county departments, whether it is through programs, in-person engagement or perhaps implementing different technology. The results of this plan will produce a roadmap for county departments to enhance and improve their service to taxpayers.

Who: This survey is open to all Weld County residents.

What: The county is working with AR360 Consultants on this project.

Where: Community engagement efforts are being organized now.

In-person meetings and public input opportunities will be scheduled for the summer; stay tuned for more information.

When: Public input is being gathered from Feb. 18, 2025, to April 30, 2025. The goal for the completion of the engagement plan is June 30, 2025.

Why: Listening to community feedback on how residents engage with county government services and what improvements could be made to make that engagement more impactful and efficient is a valuable way to ensure government is responsive to the needs of the residents it serves.
