Weld County and Via Mobility Services may refuse to transport any passenger who engages in violent behavior, is seriously disruptive and represents a direct threat to others.

Excessive Missed Trips

Written notice will be sent to riders who have reached our cancellation limit of six same-day cancellations and/or two no-shows in a 30-day period. A second notice within the following six months may result in suspension of service. Call 303-444-3043 for Via’s Cancellation Policy.

Definition of a No-Show

You don’t cancel before the driver arrives; you cannot be found at your pick-up location; or you are not ready within five minutes after the driver arrives. You will not be considered a no-show if your appointment is running late. Riders will be notified of severe weather service disruptions through an automated voice message.
