Supplier Onboarding - NEW
Dear Weld County Supplier,
Beginning January 2026, Weld County will implement a new financial management system, which includes a supplier self-service portal called Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS).
What does this mean for you?
All suppliers—both existing and new—will be required to register in order to access the portal. Please note that failure to register and verify your information may result in delays in invoice processing.
To initiate the registration process, please email the following information to AC-Suppliers@weld.gov:
- Company name
- Company contact information
- Company email address (we recommend using a shared email that multiple team members can access to ensure smooth communication)
Once we receive your email, you will receive an invitation from WSS with instructions to access the portal and complete your profile.
To complete your registration, please have the following documents ready to upload:
- A current dated and signed W-9 form
- A bank-issued letter with your account information (only required if you choose to enroll in ACH payments)
