From the Office of the Weld County Assessor
In compliance with Colorado law (39-5-122(1), C.R.S.), beginning on June 15, 2026, the assessor will sit in the Weld County Administrative Offices, 1400 N 17th Avenue, Greeley, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to hear objections and protests to valuations of personal property. Current values will become final unless protests are filed with the assessor by the end of business June 30, 2026.
Objections to taxable values for 2026 must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed no later than June 30, 2026. Objections presented by phone will be accepted through June 30, 2026.
Information for requesting a review of valuations and for filing objections is available at the assessor's office or on the web site assessor.weld.gov.
