Pursuant to the zoning laws of the State of Colorado and the Weld County Code, a public hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Assembly Room, Greeley, Colorado 80631, at the date and time specified.

If a court reporter is desired, please advise the Clerk to the Board, in writing, at least five days prior of the hearing. The cost of engaging a court reporter shall be borne by the requesting party. Legal Description: Lot 6 of the Union Colony Lands within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado

Conditions of Approval or Development Standards:

A.8: On parcels of land less than eighty (80) acres, the number of commercial vehicles is limited to two (2) such vehicles with two (2) rear axles.

A.9: No exterior storage of materials, goods, supplies or equipment related to the business is permitted.

A.13: An Access Permit has been approved for the access to the site (AP17-00003).
