Purchase of the property is necessary for the construction of a new judicial center on Block 66, Greeley, Colorado. The public is welcome to be present and to comment regarding the expenditure to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County in the Centennial Hearing Room, at the Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, on the date and time specified below.
