The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on September 10, 2025, conditionally approved a Site Specific Development Plan and Resubdivision, RES24- 0013, for the property and purpose described below. Conditional approval of this plan creates a vested property right, pursuant to Article 68 of Title 24, C.R.S., and Article VII, Chapter 23 of the Weld County Code, for a period of three years, beginning on the date of publication of this Notice.
