2026 Weld County Jr. Livestock Sale a success

The 108th Weld County Fair’s Junior Livestock Sale raised a total of $1,491,162! This includes the sale of animals and supporter’s individual contributions — “add-ons,” which is money added onto the sale of any animal.
“These young exhibitors have dedicated countless hours to caring for their animals and preparing for this year's sale,” said Commissioner Chair Scott James. “The Junior Livestock Sale celebrates far more than the auction itself — it recognizes the hard work, responsibility, and commitment these youth demonstrate throughout the year.”
This year’s sale took place on July 27, 2026, and drew 401 buyers. More than 9,400 people attended the sale or watched online.
