Amend Land
Amending land is accomplished through a process that is tied to the way it was created.
A Pre-Application meeting is required if you are trying to amend the plat of an existing subdivision, planned unit development (PUD), historic townsite, or if you are unsure of the kind of lot you have.
Lot Line Adjustment may be used to amend the plat of exemption lots, including recorded exemptions (RE/RECX), subdivision exemptions (SE/SUBX), family farm divisions (FFD), public facility divisions (PFD), and lots less than 35 acres not created by a plat (metes and bounds described).
