The ballot return data provided herein is unofficial, preliminary, and subject to change. This information is compiled from publicly available or reported sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or revised as additional data becomes available.
To generate this data, we gather reports from multiple data sources, both internal (Weld County Elections) and external (Colorado Secretary of State). In some cases, data categories are redacted to protect voter privacy. We do not maintain or control external data sources. While we constantly upload data in these systems related to voter registration, participation, and ballot tracking, the reports are not generated simultaneously across all systems, so some numbers may not appear to match or balance until the election is completed. The Election is completed and certified after a risk limiting audit and post-election canvass. At that point, the data is official. Until then, you understand that this data is presented unofficially, and is presented without official interpretation. We do not recommend that you rely on this data for any official purposes.
