Commissioner Record Search Instructions

The Commissioners' Board Meetings are on Mondays and Wednesdays of each week, excluding certain holidays and cancellations approved by Resolution. The Board meets in the Chambers of the Weld County Board of Commissioners, Assembly Room, Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631. Housing Authority Board Meetings are on the fourth Monday of each month at the same location. In the event of a holiday or a cancellation approved by Resolution, the Housing Authority Board meets on the following Wednesday.

To search for an Agenda, Minutes, or a document on the Commissioners' Agenda or Housing Authority Board's Agenda, please select: Commissioner Record Search.

Select: 'I Acknowledge'.

How to search different types of Commissioner and Housing Authority Board records:

• Agendas: enter the date of the hearing under 'Hearing Date' in both the 'Start' and 'End' fields, and choose the 'Doc Code' of 'AG - Agenda' or 'AG-HA - Agenda - Housing Authority'.
• Minutes: enter the date of the hearing under 'Hearing Date' in both the 'Start' and 'End' fields, and choose the 'Doc Code' of 'MI - Minutes' or 'MI-HA - Minutes - Housing Authority'.
• Documents on the Commissioners' Agenda:
  • If you are already viewing an Agenda and wish to see a specific item of business, enter the corresponding document number under the 'Doc #' field.
    • Document numbers are located on the Agenda in brackets next to each item of business.
  • To search for all documents listed on the Agenda on a particular date:
    • Regular Business: enter the date of the hearing under 'Hearing Date' in both the 'Start' and 'End' fields.
    • Items listed under 'Public Hearings': enter the corresponding document number under the 'Doc #' field or enter the corresponding file location under the 'File Location' field.
    • Items listed under 'Reports, Communications, and Public Review' on the Consent Agenda: enter the corresponding document number under the 'Doc #' field.

Once you have entered the search criteria, select 'Search' at the bottom of the screen.

A list of generated results will appear. Use the sort feature in the upper left-hand side of the screen to sort the results by 'Document ID', which will give you a chronological view of the file. Select the item you wish to view.

Select 'View Attachment' on the left-hand side of the screen to generate a .pdf image of the document.

Please note: do not close the image because it closes the entire search. Select 'Return to Search' if you wish to view other documents.
