Well Body is a six-week educational program designed to help participants understand the behaviors that drive their health-related decisions—both positive and negative.
Unlike many other health education programs, the focus is not on weight loss, but on a holistic understanding of how daily behaviors impact overall health. Through self-reflection and guidance, participants learn to maintain positive habits while replacing negative ones with healthier choices.
Developed by the Behavioral Health & Wellness Center at CU Anschutz, the program is proven to enhance motivation and support commitment to change through motivational interviewing. Participants set goals, create behavior-change plans, and identify personal motivations, challenges, strengths, and resources.
The program is open to adults ages 18 and older who are interested in learning how to create sustainable, healthy behaviors. No other requirements.
