How Does the Program Work?

Over six weeks, participants will get an overview of the four key wellness pillars:

  1. Healthy Eating
  2. Physical Activity
  3. Stress Management
  4. Healthy Sleep

Participants then choose one of the wellness pillars to focus one and set personalized goals. Through a series of tools and exercises, participants identify why they make certain choices and explore how those choices affect their well-being. Using SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound), each participant creates health-focused goals to bring positive, lasting change to their lives.
