  • Terminated in Q1: 26 most transitioned to a waiver
  • FSSP Annual Report was submitted to HCPF at the end of September, waiting for feedback
  • New FSSP program flyer (see handout)
  • Lori has been distributing flyers at community events, schools and partner agencies. On 11/3, the CMA hosted an all-PASA meeting where flyers for both the
  • program and the Council were provided.
  • Stephanie would like a copy of the PASA meeting power point.
  • Lori shared examples of commonly requested and OT recommended items (weighted blanket, sensory swing, exercise ball, swivel chair).
  • Kids Mobility Network, who has provided adaptive bikes in the past, is no longer going to be providing services
  • Stephanie requested that the Children’s Waivers team notify qualifying families in the spring if extra funds become available. Lori will remind the team to
  • communicate any additional funding in a timely manner.
