The Lighthouse team is made up of Community Case Managers who are here to help families that ask for support. We guide families through life’s challenges by offering helpful information, resources, and encouragement. Our goal is to build a strong, supportive community where every family can grow and succeed.

Who Can Get Help?

• Any family living in Weld County with children from birth to 18 years old in the home.
• Families with children over 18 can also get help if the child is a full-time student and expected to finish school before turning 19.
• Joining is completely voluntary. Families can ask for help at any time—even if they said no before.

Language Support

We offer bilingual case managers and interpreters to make sure every family feels heard and supported.
