Get Involved

The comprehensive plan process is nearing the finish line.  Thank you to everyone who participated, filled out surveys, or submitted comments!  The input was valuable in drafting the new plan.

Residents are invited to attend one of two open houses to learn more about the draft plan, talk with county staff, and ask questions.

The open houses will be held:

  • Monday, Oct. 26, 4-6 p.m. Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley
  • Tuesday, Oct. 27, 4-6 p.m. Fort Lupton Recreation Center, 203 S. Harrison Avenue, Fort Lupton

Public hearings will also be held prior to adoption of the new comprehensive plan:

  • Planning Commission: Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1:30 p.m. Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley
  • Board of County Commissioners: Monday, Nov. 30, 9:00 a.m. Weld County Administration Building.  (Two more readings of the ordinance follow first reading at regular Board meetings: Dec. 14 and Dec. 28 at 9:00 a.m. Weld County Administration Building)
