Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment shall consist of five (5) regular members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for three (3) years.  Two (2) regular members of the Board of Adjustment may also be serving concurrent terms on the Planning Commission.  Interested in serving? The Board of Adjustment shall perform such functions and duties as are provided by the Colorado Revised Statutes and by Sections 23-6-10 through 23-6-50 of the Weld County Code.

The Board of Adjustment meets at 10:00 a.m. on the first Tuesday of each month provided there is business to conduct. The meetings are located in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration Building at 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado.
