Dispatch Audio and Records Requests

To request dispatch radio audio, 9-1-1 or administrative telephone call audio, computer aided dispatch incident reports and Text to 9-1-1 transcripts please see the table below to determine which agency you will submit your request to.

Submitting a Request for WCRCC Dispatch Records

A completed Release of Criminal Justice Records - Dispatch Recording form must be submitted.  For questions regarding dispatch audio and records requests, call(970) 400-2899.

Fee Schedule

Requests and payments are handled through JustFOIA.

 Search and Retrieval Fee  $4.00  If cumulative time is under 10 minutes

Redaction/Extended - Research/ Retrieval

 $5.00 per 15 minutes
$20.00 per hour		  Cumulative staff time to retrieve, redact, reproduce, and mail or fax records, exceeding 10 minutes (Cost calculation is actual cumulative time it takes to retrieve, redact, and reproduce and disseminate a record in compliant with CORA and CCJRA)
 Copies  $0.25 per page  Black and white printed copy (per standard 8½" × 11" page)
 Location Search $5.50 + $5.50 per subsequent 15 minutes  Per location searched
Notary or Authentication Fee  $5.00  Per clearance letter notarized and report authenticated
E911/Dispatch Recordings $45.00 + $45.00 per subsequent hour  Per recording. Recordings are released through JustFOIA
