The properties that appear on the weekly sale/auction list of the Public trustee's Office are timely and valid only as of the date and time they are posted. However, changes in the sale/auction list can occur any time prior to the acceptance of the final bid at a specific property on the list. Continuances of sales may be made up to the time of the sale.
