Development Activity Map

Weld County Government is pleased to announce the launch of its new Development Activity Map landing page, an interactive online tool that boosts transparency allowing residents, businesses and stakeholders to explore and track upcoming development projects in unincorporated Weld County.

The new webpage provides a user-friendly map interface that displays detailed information on current and proposed development activities, including residential developments, commercial projects, and infrastructure improvements in unincorporated parts of the county. By clicking on map points or browsing through project lists, users can view key project data, timelines and associated documents.

“We are excited to launch this platform. This tool empowers residents with easy access to information and encourages residents to stay informed as Weld County continues to grow,” said Weld County Planning Director, David Eisenbraun.

In addition to geographic mapping, the landing page includes search and filter functions that allow users to focus on specific project types, geographic areas, or development statuses. The platform will be updated regularly by the Department of Planning Services to reflect new proposals and the status of current projects.

The Development Activity Map is part of a broader county initiative to enhance digital services and streamline public access to planning information. Whether you're a resident curious about changes or a developer researching regional trends, the map provides a valuable resource for staying informed and engaged.
